According to the regulator's press service, sanitary and hygienic violations incompatible with the food production process were discovered.
Specifically, the wall surfaces were not made of waterproof, washable materials that could be cleaned and disinfected; the ceilings and overhead structures did not prevent the accumulation of dirt, condensation, the growth of unwanted mold, and the possibility of particle shedding.
The catering facility's operations have been suspended, mandatory orders have been issued, and a deadline has been set for rectifying the violations.
