The draft 2026 state budget of Armenia will be discussed in the National Assembly next week, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced at a government meeting on Thursday.
YEREVAN, November 27. /ARKA/. The draft 2026 state budget of Armenia will be discussed in the National Assembly next week, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced at a government meeting on Thursday.
Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan proposed postponing the discussion of the revised version for a day before its signing.
The draft of Armenia's main financial document sets out the following indicators: expenditures of 3 trillion 628 billion drams, revenues of 3 billion 91 trillion drams (of which tax revenues are 2 trillion 972 billion drams). The state budget deficit is projected at 537 billion drams, i.e., 4.5% of GDP, compared to 5.5% in 2025.
The GDP size is projected at 11 trillion 933 billion drams, economic growth at 5.4%, and the GDP deflator at 3%.
