YEREVAN, October 1. /ARKA/. Employees of the Food Safety Inspectorate conducted inspections at Elola's dairy production facility (Verishen village, Syunik Province), the regulator's press service reported.
Samples were submitted for laboratory testing, the results of which showed that the "Tan 2%" product (produced on September 19, 2025) did not comply with the relevant regulations for the "coliform bacteria" indicator.
By decision of the head of the regulator, a separate function of the dairy production facility has been suspended.
The business entity has been instructed to prohibit sale, recall from the market, destroy, or dispose of the batch in question, and is also instructed to ensure the product's compliance with current technical regulations.
