Tsarukyan calls for improving investment climate

Campaigning today for the December 9 early parliamentary elections, the leader of the Prosperous Armenian Party Gagik Tsarukyan called for improvement of Armenia’s investment climate so that ‘investors themselves should ask for the opportunity to invest in the Armenian economy.’

Campaigning today for the December 9 early parliamentary elections, the leader of the Prosperous Armenian Party Gagik Tsarukyan called for improvement of Armenia’s investment climate so that ‘investors themselves should ask for the opportunity to invest in the Armenian economy.’
"We should not persuade people to come and invest in the Armenian economy; investors themselves should ask for he opportunity to invest here. As for us, we should choose the most profitable investment projects," Tsarukyan declared.
According to Tsarukyan, this can be done only if the investment "climate" in the country improves. He said his party has a clear program that will allow it to materialize.
“It is necessary to create legislative conditions that will make us different from other countries in terms of investment attraction,” said Tsarukyan. -0-
