YEREVAN, June 4. / ARKA /. Weekend agricultural fairs in Yerevan will start operating from June 6, agriculture minister Sergo Karapetyan told a government session today.

He said under an agreement signed with the Yerevan municipality the weekend fairs will be held at the intersection of Komitas and Kasyan streets and on Mashtots Avenue in downtown Yerevan. He said if necessary the third fair will be opened.

Farmers from different regions of Armenia will be able to sell their products directly to citizens without having to deal with dealers. They will not be charged for using the tents, tables, scales and trolleys. --0-
