On Tuesday, the Yerevan Council of Elders approved local fee exemptions for construction permit renewals in the capital.
YEREVAN, December 23. /ARKA/. On Tuesday, the Yerevan Council of Elders approved local fee exemptions for construction permit renewals in the capital.
According to the decision, for each year of renewal of construction permits for new buildings and structures in Yerevan in 2026, the local fee rate will be reduced by 70%, down from the 75% in effect in 2025.
An additional exemption is provided for developers with no administrative penalties for violating urban planning regulations: in this case, the local fee rate will be reduced by 85% for each year of permit renewal.
Significant exemptions have also been established for the extension of construction deadlines for religious and religious buildings, as well as for the issuance of construction permits for multi-apartment and multifunctional residential complexes classified as high-risk projects.
