Armenian forensic psychologist: Gyumri family murderer absolutely sane
YEREVAN, December 18. /ARKA/. Elda Grin, a forensic psychologist, is quoted by Zhamanak Newspaper as saying that Valery Permyakov, a serviceman at Russia’s 102nd military base in Armenia who is charged with murdering a family of seven in Gyumri, had a particular plan of actions.

Suspect Valery Permyakov, a serviceman at the Russian military base, was caught by Russian border troops as he attempted to cross Armenia-Turkey border. He confessed his guilt.

On August 12, Russian military court sentenced Permyakov to 10 years in prison for desertion with a gun, and his homicide charges are separated into an isolated case and now he will be tried by Armenian court for murders.

Grin said Permyakov is sane and was sane also at the moment of committing the crime.

«Affect is ruled out as well,» the forensic psychologist said. «He had absolutely other motives for committing the crime. He had a particular plan of actions, which he put into reality.»

According to the newspaper, Permyakov is not a member of a religious sect, and such a motive is ruled out as well. --0----
