YEREVAN, July 24. /ARKA/. Azerbaijani troops used firearms of various calibre to fire in the direction of a 64 year-old farmer from the village of Gishi in Martuni region of Nagorno-Karabakh on July 24, the police in Askeran region of Nagorno-Karabakh reported.

It said the incidents occurred at about 11.20 when the famer drove his tractor working in his field near the village of Shosh.

The farmer had to stop the work as a result of violation of the ceasefire regime. 'Fortunately, no one was hurt. The incident was reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping force deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh,' the Askeran police said.-0-.
