STEPANAKERT, June 28. /ARKA/. President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Arkady Ghukasyan Thursday accepted the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andjey Kaspshik.
The NKR President’s press service reported that during the meeting the sides considered the prospects of establishing contacts between the representatives of Karabakh’s and Azerbaijan’s intelligentsia and society.
Ghukasyan and Kaspshik touched upon the issues of OSCE mediator group’s assistance in establishing a dialogue between the sides. L.M. –0--
