YEREVAN, November 30. /ARKA/. Armenia and Georgia establish their relations in the spirit of good neighborhood and long-term mutually beneficial cooperation”, said President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan in Tbilisi in the joint press-conference with the Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.
“The most important component of our cooperation is sincere dialogue, concrete and practical work for security provision of our states, as well as resist the challenges and threats”, Sargsyan’s words were cited in the press-service of the President’s Office to ARKA News Agency.
During the discussion of perspectives of regional cooperation President Sargsyan said that only through cooperation we can facilitate tenseness in the region and establish more favorable conditions for regulation of conflicts.
During two-day visit of Armenian delegation headed by Sargsyan to Tbilisi agreements between Armenia and Georgian ministries of sport and youth affairs, Georgian Interior Ministry and National Security Service of Armenia on cooperation in border area, governments of Armenia and Georgia on cooperation in the sphere of standardization, metrology and conformity assessment, as well as protocol on cooperation between Georgian Foreign Ministry and Armenia were signed. –0—
