Armenia’s president and U.S. Charge D’affaires discuss issues of bilateral interstate cooperation

Armenia’s President Robert Kocharyan and U.S. Charge d’Affaires Rudolf Perina during their Friday meeting discussed the agenda of the Armenian-American relation, the President’s press service reported.
YEREVAN, July 20. /ARKA/. Armenia’s President Robert Kocharyan and U.S. Charge d’Affaires Rudolf Perina during their Friday meeting discussed the agenda of the Armenian-American relation, the President’s press service reported.
Perina who was OSCE MG Co-Chair in 2001-2004 pointed out that he is happy to return to Armenia and serve for the sake of the development of the Armenian-American relations.
Kocharyan expressed confidence that Perina’s knowledge of Armenia and the region as a whole will contribute to the successful implementation of his mission and establishment of a constructive cooperation.
During the conversation the sides also discussed regional issues. L.M. –0--
