Ago group to arrive in Armenia

The Ago Group of the CE Ministers’ Committee is to arrive in Armenia on March 29.
YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. The Ago Group of the CE Ministers’ Committee is to arrive in Armenia on March 29.
The press and information department, RA Foreign Office, reports that the group members are scheduled to meet with Speaker of the RA Parliament Tigran Torosyan, RA Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan, RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan, RA Minister of Justice Gevorg Danielyan, RA Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan, RA Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan, as well as with representatives of Armenia’s opposition political forces.
The Ago Group was formed in January 2001, when Armenia was admitted to the Council of Europe. The group is monitoring Armenia’s execution of its commitments to the CE.–0—
