YEREVAN, September 11. /ARKA/. Armenians and Azerbaijanis will trade with each other, and we will create a common market for Armenian-Azerbaijani goods, said Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan.

"Azerbaijani goods will be sold in our stores, and Armenian goods in stores in Baku and other cities of Azerbaijan. This is inevitable," Simonyan said at a press conference on Thursday.

He stressed that, for example, Armenians will buy gasoline at a lower price, since it is economically advantageous.

At the same time, responding to a journalist's comment, he acknowledged the existing tensions on both the Azerbaijani and Armenian fronts.

"Yes, these tensions exist, the wounds are still fresh on both sides. Haven't we taken lives, haven't people died on the Azerbaijani side?" Simonyan asked.

He noted that Azerbaijan holds the view that Armenia has occupied 20% of its territory for the past 30 years. "I am not saying whether this is true or not, but (from Azerbaijan's perspective) there are statements about genocide. It is extremely important for Azerbaijan to prevent any potential threats in the future," Simonyan said.-0-
