YEREVAN, November 5. /ARKA/. Armenia has not withdrawn any of its lawsuits filed against Azerbaijan in international courts, Karen Andreasyan, Armenia's representative on international legal affairs, told reporters.

"Nothing of the sort (withdrawal of lawsuits – ed.) is under discussion. If this happens, I will definitely inform you. Our office has not received any proposals, instructions, orders, or decisions from the government or the National Assembly regarding any concessions in legal proceedings," Karen Andreasyan, Armenia's representative on international legal affairs, told reporters.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has repeatedly stated Armenia's readiness to drop international lawsuits against Azerbaijan after the signing of the peace agreement.

He clarified that it is necessary not only to abandon the resolution of disputes in international courts, but also to end the litigation itself.

This aspect is also indicated in the draft peace agreement initialed on August 11, 2025, by the Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
