Armenia is coordinating with the US the legal framework for the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) and the unblocking of regional communications.
YEREVAN, February 26. /ARKA/. Armenia is coordinating with the US the legal framework for the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) and the unblocking of regional communications. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in his speech at the Polish Institute of International Affairs.
"It's very important to note what needs to happen next, what TRIPP is. As I said, it's an investment project in Armenia, and it will include a railway through Armenia that will connect East and West, including the main part of Azerbaijan with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and open up rail links for Armenia to the south," Pashinyan noted.
He emphasized that the project will also create new opportunities for the European Union, as the geopolitical situation in the world is currently leading to a supply chain crisis.
"And the 'Trump Route,' which is a very important part of the Armenian government's 'Crossroads of Peace' project, will create a new road, a new supply route from East to West, from the European Union to Central Asia and vice versa," Pashinyan stated.
