The Food Safety Inspectorate of Armenia found no violations in batches of wheat imported from Russia and Kazakhstan via Azerbaijan during laboratory tests.
YEREVAN, November 13. /ARKA/. The Food Safety Inspectorate of Armenia found no violations in batches of wheat imported from Russia and Kazakhstan via Azerbaijan during laboratory tests.
"The tests were conducted in three areas: phytosanitary, safety, and quality. No quarantine pests were detected," the regulator said in a statement.
Tests were conducted for toxic elements (heavy metals), pesticides, mycotoxins, and radioactivity. No deviations from maximum permissible concentrations were detected.
The Inspectorate reported that laboratory tests of quality indicators are still ongoing, and the results will be published.
