YEREVAN, January 23, /ARKA/. On 23 January 2023, Armenia filed its Memorial at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the case concerning the interpretation and application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) against Azerbaijan, representative of Armenia on International Legal Matters Yeghishe Kirakosyan said in a tweet.

He said that the Memorial provides detailed accounts of decades-long grave violations of the ICERD by Azerbaijan. -0-
