YEREVAN, March 14. /ARKA/. The Armenian Foreign Ministry has applied to the OSCE Minsk Group to organize negotiations to conclude a peace treaty with Azerbaijan, the Armenian Foreign Ministry reports.

'The Republic of Armenia responded to the proposals of the Republic of Azerbaijan and applied to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship to organize negotiations on peace agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan on the basis of the UN Charter, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Helsinki Final Act,' it said in a statement.

Earlier, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Vahan Hunanyan said the conclusion of peace treaty with Azerbaijan was one of the priorities of the Armenian authorities.

According to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan Armenia is ready for peace negotiations," -0-
