YEREVAN, 29 November. /ARKA/. Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Mher Grigoryan and Yagub Eyubov had a brief conversation on the sidelines of a gathering in Russia that bought together top officials from several former Soviet republics, which are members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Judging by the video that appeared in social networks, they talked for a few minutes on the margins of the 104th session of the CIS Economic Council held today in Moscow.
