YEREVAN, January 26. /ARKA/. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will be in Strasbourg on a working visit from January 26-28, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported.

According to the press release, events are planned to mark the 25th anniversary of Armenia's membership in the Council of Europe.

On January 28, Mirzoyan will deliver a speech at a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. The Armenian minister's agenda also includes bilateral meetings.

During an extraordinary session on Friday, the National Assembly of Armenia passed amendments to the Electoral Code in its second and final reading.
