Armenian and Russian foreign ministers discuss deepening of cooperation

Armenian Foreign Ministers Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov had September 26 a meeting in New York on the sidelines of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported.
YEREVAN, September 27. /ARKA/. Armenian Foreign Ministers Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov had September 26 a meeting in New York on the sidelines of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported.
It said the two men discussed a number of issues regarding the agenda of the Armenian-Russian allied relations and outlined steps for deepening cooperation on bilateral and multilateral platforms. They were also said to have spoken about the status of agreements reached between the two countries' leaders.
Mnatsakanyan and Lavrov also discussed the process of the Karabakh conflict settlement, emphasizing the exclusively peaceful solution to the conflict within the format of the OSCE Minsk Group's co-chairs. -0-
