YEREVAN, May 6. /ARKA/. Armenia's Foreign Minister Ara Aivazian is having now a tete-a-tete meeting in Yerevan with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported.

It said the meeting is taking place at the Armenian Foreign Ministry.Earlier it was reported that within the framework of a working visit to Yerevan on May 5-6, Lavrov will hold meetings with the top leadership of Armenia, including acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Lavrov and Armenian leadership are expected to "thoroughly consider a wide range of issues of bilateral and regional cooperation, as well as interaction in the international arena.

But the focus will be on the implementation of the agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh stemming from the statements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia dated November 9, 2020 and January 11, 2021.
