Armenia’s foreign minister Edward Nalbandyan discussed development of bilateral relations with his Turkmenistani counterpart Rashid Meredov in Yerevan, press service of Armenia’s foreign ministry reported.

YEREVAN, November 29. /ARKA/. Armenia’s foreign minister Edward Nalbandyan discussed development of bilateral relations with his Turkmenistani counterpart Rashid Meredov in Yerevan, press service of Armenia’s foreign ministry reported.
Nalbandyan and Meredov stressed the importance of Turkmenistani president Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov’s visit to Armenia Thursday to summarize achievements of the 20-year cooperation and discuss new prospects.
Counterparts touched upon a wide range of issues, particularly expansion of the existing contract and legal basis, interaction within international organizations, development of trade and economic ties and cooperation on culture, science and education.
