Armenian, Azerbaijani border delimitation commissions to meet in late August
YEREVAN, August 23. /ARKA/. The Armenian and Azerbaijani border delimitation commissions will have another meeting in late August, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan's office said.
Grigoryan is the chairman of the commission. The meeting will be held in Russia's capital Moscow.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev agreed to establish commissions on delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border during the April 6 meeting in Brussels mediated by European Council President Charles Michel.
Pashinyan and Aliyev also instructed their foreign ministers to begin preparations for peace talks between the two countries.
The first meeting of the commissions was held on May 24 on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russia was ready to organize in Moscow the second meeting of the commissions in the near future. -0-
