YEREVAN, October 2. /ARKA/. Vigen Sargsyan, Armenian defense minister, said Monday at a news conference that he finds this year successful in terms of armament supply.
“Armament supply is a closed area and I can’t speak about this in more details, but I can say that the year was successful in terms of armament supply,” he said.
In his words, the ministry has also accomplished in developing military industry this year – Armenia has produced very important and effective ammunition. This armament, he said, is cheaper and unique.
”This means we will become a country that not only imports, but also exports high-tech armament,” he said. --0---
