Armenian FM to fly to Brussels for ISAF meeting

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will fly to Belgium to attend a meeting of foreign ministers of the countries making the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan (ISAF).

YEREVAN, April 18. /ARKA/. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will fly to Belgium to attend a meeting of foreign ministers of the countries making the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan (ISAF), the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry told ARKA. It said the meeting of foreign ministers will be held April 19 in Brussels.
ISAF has been deployed in Afghanistan since 2001 under the authority of the UN Security Council (UNSC) which authorized the establishment of the force to assist the Afghan government "in the maintenance of security. -0-
