YEREVAN, June 24./ARKA/. Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian will head to Strasbourg on Monday, the Ministry reported.

As a chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, Nalbandian will give a speech at PACE plenary session there.
Chairmanship at CE was transferred to Armenia on 16 May 2013 and will expire on 13 November 2013.

Armenia joined the CE on 25 January 2001. —0-
