The Armenian government has decided today to dismiss Melikset Poghosyan as governor of the south-eastern province of Syunik and replace him with Robert Ghukasyan, who served as head of a government task force dealing with the province’s problems.

YEREVAN, March 3. /ARKA. The Armenian government has decided today to dismiss Melikset Poghosyan as governor of the south-eastern province of Syunik and replace him with Robert Ghukasyan, who served as head of a government task force dealing with the province’s problems.

Melikset Poghosyan was appointed to the post of governor of the Syunik region on December 8, 2020. -0-
