Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Danger of escalations from Azerbaijan exists constantly

YEREVAN, October 3 /ARKA/. The danger of escalations from Azerbaijan is constant, said Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan.
"This danger always exists, since there is no agreement on normalizing relations or a peace treaty between the two countries," Kostanyan told reporters on Thursday.
The deputy minister noted that the signing of an Armenian-Azerbaijani peace treaty would further increase the chances of stability in the South Caucasus.
On the eve, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that Azerbaijan is not inclined to sign a peace treaty with Armenia. According to him, the threats of a new attack by Azerbaijan on Armenia have not disappeared, but this is not a reason to abandon the peace agenda proposed by Yerevan. -0-
