YEREVAN, April 12. /ARKA/. Hovik Abrahamyan, Armenian prime minister, will fly to Moscow on Tuesday to attend the Eurasian Economic Union's prime-ministerial meeting, the Armneian government's press office reports.

According to the press release, Abrahamyan is also set to meet with his Russian counterpart Dmirty Medvedev as part of his visit.

It has initially been announced that the meeting will be hosted by Yerevan, but after Kazakh premier refused to travel to Armenia’s capital city, saying that this might be considered as support for one of the sides conflicting over Karabakh, it was decided to convene the meeting in Moscow.

Armenian leadership said that such a move has undermined the organization’s reputation.

At his meeting with Medvedev, Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian president, voiced regret at Kazakh premier's refusal to travel to Yerevan.

Hovik Abrahamyan, too, found this conduct unacceptable stressing that there were no grounds for canceling the Yerevan meeting. Nevertheless, he will attend the meeting in Moscow. ---0---
