Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed a number of decrees on Tuesday.

YEREVAN, October 20. /ARKA/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed a number of decrees on Tuesday.
By one of the decrees Jivan Movsisyan was recalled from the post of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Moldova.
By another decree, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Belarus Armen Ghevondyan was appointed concurrently as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Moldova (residence in Minsk).
Also, Tigran Balayan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the Netherlands, was appointed concurrently as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Luxembourg (residence in The Hague). -0-
