YEREVAN, November 12. /ARKA/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed a number of decrees on appointments and resignations of ambassadors.

Thus, Vladimir Karmirshalyan was relieved of his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Spain. Sos Avetisyan (residence in Madrid) was appointed to this position by another presidential decree.

In addition, the head of state dismissed Ashot Smbatyan from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Germany and Liechtenstein. By another decree, Viktor Yengibaryan was appointed to this position (residence in Berlin). -0-
