It will allow the sides for the exchange of prisoners and the bodies of people who have been killed in clashes over the last two weeks in and around Nagorno-Karabakh, with the participation of the ICRC.
A representative of the Armenian ministry of defense Artsun Hovhannisyan has provided an updated information about Azerbaijani air strike on the town of Kapan in Syunik region of Armenia, saying the attack was made on the nearby villages, not on the town. -0-
