Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) president Arayik Harutyunyan has  relieved Karen Danielyan from the post of the head of the presidential administration and appointed him as Minister of Justice.

YEREVAN, December 18. /ARKA/. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) president Arayik Harutyunyan has relieved Karen Danielyan from the post of the head of the presidential administration and appointed him as Minister of Justice.

Zhirayr Mirzoyan was relieved of his post as Minister of Territorial Administration and Development. He was replaced with Hayk Khanumyan. Artur Petrosyan was relieved of his post as First Deputy Chief of Staff of the president.

Earlier on Friday, Harutyunyan signed a decree on changing the structure of the country's government, which will have 11 ministries and 5 government agencies. The powers of the State Minister will be performed by the Minister of Finance.

Hayk Khanumyan is the chairman of the National Revival Party. On December 1, the president of Artsakh expressed his readiness to share the political responsibility for governing the country with the National Revival Party, and Khanumyan, in turn, announced his readiness to directly participate in the further process of state building. -0-
