A serviceman of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, armed with an AKM rifle and ammunition, crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani line of contact in the border region of Tegh community of Armenia's Syunik marz on February 28 at around 05:15, the press center of Armenia's National Security Service (NSS) reported.

YEREVAN, February 28. /ARKA/. A serviceman of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, armed with an AKM rifle and ammunition, crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani line of contact in the border region of Tegh community of Armenia's Syunik marz on February 28 at around 05:15, the press center of Armenia's National Security Service (NSS) reported.
It said the Azerbaijani serviceman was 'neutralized' by Armenian Defense Ministry servicemen. In connection with the incident, the Armenian Investigative Committee initiated criminal proceedings under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code. The investigation is ongoing," the NSS said. -0-
