Azerbaijani troops fire on Armenian village in Nagorno-Karabakh

On March 7, Azerbaijani troops once again violated the ceasefire by opening fire in the direction of the cemetery of the village of Khramort in Askeran region of Nagorno-Karabakh, the press service of the Artsakh Defense Ministry reported.

YEREVAN, March 7. /ARKA/. On March 7, Azerbaijani troops once again violated the ceasefire by opening fire in the direction of the cemetery of the village of Khramort in Askeran region of Nagorno-Karabakh, the press service of the Artsakh Defense Ministry reported.

It said a a result of the incident the Armenian side had no casualties.

Earlier on Monday, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army refuted Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's reports on alleged shelling of Azerbaijani military outposts in the eastern direction on March 7 by Artsakh troops.

The Defense Army described Azerbaijani reports as 'false and having no relation with reality.' It said also that the ceasefire regime has been regularly violated by the Azerbaijani armed forces in the eastern direction. It said all these breaches were reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent. - 0-
