YEREVAN, January 11. /ARKA/. Azerbaijani troops opened fire at Armenian combat positions in Verin Shorzha area in Gegharkunik region on January 11 at around 3:15 pm, the Armenian Defense Ministry said. It said one serviceman suffered a medium degree gunshot wound.
"The Armenian side's retaliatory actions suppressed the enemy fire," it said. The ministry said also that as of 17:00, the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border was relatively stable and under full control of the Armenian Armed Forces. -0-
