The main political objective of Armenia’s government is to form the middle class as basis for civil society, Armenia’s premier Tigran Sargsyan said at 2014 budget discussions in the parliament Thursday.
YEREVAN, November 15. /ARKA/. The main political objective of Armenia’s government is to form the middle class as basis for civil society, Armenia’s premier Tigran Sargsyan said at 2014 budget discussions in the parliament Thursday.
According to the premier, the government has certain achievements in this respect.
Oppositionist themselves point to progress in building a civil society, Sargsyan said.
Civil society is the basis for economic growth, the premier said.
Sargsyan suggested the parliament holding discussion on small and medium-sized enterprises and tax burden in this context. The government, in its turn, will listen to all the suggestions from the parliament and will evaluate them, Sargsyan said. –0--
