STEPANAKERT, December 3. /ARKA/. President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan has signed an instruction to set up an inter-agency commission on relations with foreigners.

Press office of Karabakh’s president reports that the members of the committee are Artur Aghabekyan (vice-premier, chairman of the committee), Karen Mirzoyan (foreign minister), Sergey Shahverdyan (head of tourism and historic environment), Robert Shaferyan (head of police), Victor Kocharyan (head of national security) and Levon Grigoryan (head of government administration, secretary of the committee). -0-
