YEREVAN, February 19. /ARKA/. A fierce battle broke out in Armenia for the seat of the chief commissioner for relations with Armenian communities worldwide, Hraparak reports. 

The media source points out Babken Ter-Grigoryan, deputy minister of the Diaspora as key candidate to this position.  

In accordance with the bill on a new structure of the Cabinet, the Diaspora ministry is being transformed into the affiliated office of the chief commissioner for relations with the Diaspora, which is affiliated to the prime-ministerial administration. 

This post can be taken by a candidate who knows no less than two foreign languages, has a five-year work experience and a higher-education diploma. 

According to the newspaper, Babken Ter-Grigoryan was born in Paris and has graduated from a university in the United States. -0---
