The media source points out Babken Ter-Grigoryan, deputy minister of the Diaspora as key candidate to this position.
In accordance with the bill on a new structure of the Cabinet, the Diaspora ministry is being transformed into the affiliated office of the chief commissioner for relations with the Diaspora, which is affiliated to the prime-ministerial administration.
This post can be taken by a candidate who knows no less than two foreign languages, has a five-year work experience and a higher-education diploma.
