Former Artsakh defense minister appointed as head of emergency service

Former Defense Minister and Commander of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan was given a new position.

YEREVAN, December 14. /ARKA/. Former Defense Minister and Commander of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan was given a new position. According to a statement on the official website of the Artsakh President, Mnatsakanyan was appointed as director of the State Emergency Service.
Earlier, Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree relieving Levon Mnatsakanyan of his post, replacing him with Major General Karen Abrahamyan.
By another decree Bako Sahakyan relieved Murad Petrosyan of the position of representative of the President of the Artsakh Republic on special assignments replacing him with Karen Sargsyan. -0-
