French authorities confirm death of ethnic Armenian girl in Paris attacks

The French authorities have confirmed that the 17-year-old Lola Ouzunian, who was reported missing after Saturday’s deadly bombings in Paris, has been found dead in the Bataclan Theater’s concert hall.
YEREVAN, November 19, /ARKA/ The French authorities have confirmed that the 17-year-old Lola Ouzunian, who was reported missing after Saturday’s deadly bombings in Paris, has been found dead in the Bataclan Theater’s concert hall.
The young woman was considered missing for three days after the deadly shootings which claimed over 129 lives. The death of the young ethnic Armenian girl was confirmed also by her parents.
Ouzounian together with her father was attending the concert of American rock band, Eagles of Death Metal, at the Bataclan concert hall on the evening of November 13. When shooting began, her father lost contact with her.
Paris became the latest target of attacks by groups affiliated with the Islamic State. French officials put the death toll at 129, with 352 injured, 99 of them critically when terrorists attacked several sites in Paris on Friday, one of them the Stade de France, where French President Francois Hollande was attending a friendly match between France and Germany. -0-
