YEREVAN, April 29. /ARKA/. Georgian President Mikhail Kavelashvili is in Armenia on an official visit, the press service of the Armenian President reports.

He arrived in Yerevan the previous evening and was met by Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan at Zvartnots Airport.

A one-on-one meeting between Kavelashvili and Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan is scheduled for Tuesday, followed by an expanded meeting with the participation of delegations from the two countries.

Then the heads of Armenia and Georgia will make a statement to the press.
