YEREVAN, July 12. /ARKA/. There are many issues in the negotiation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan that have not yet found their solution, Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said.

"One of the most important issues is the definition of borders based on the 1975 map of the USSR General Staff. There is no final agreement on the map yet, but the work in this direction continues," Grigoryan said in an interview with the Voice of America Armenian Service.

Besides, he said, it is necessary to create international mechanisms so that Stepanakert and Baku could discuss security issues, as well as the rights of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Security Council Secretary also expressed hope that the international community will make more efforts in this direction. -0-
