Harutyunyan congratulates Armenian people on Day of Artsakh

Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan has congratulated the Armenia and Artsakh’s population as well as Armenians living all over the world on the Day of the Republic of Artsakh. The Artsakh president said in his national address that this holiday has been created by their joint efforts.

Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan has congratulated the Armenia and Artsakh’s population as well as Armenians living all over the world on the Day of the Republic of Artsakh. The Artsakh president said in his national address that this holiday has been created by their joint efforts.
“We have created the dream of a free, independent and happy country,” Harutyunyan says in the message he posted on his Facebook page.
He stressed that today "our people are moving towards the realization of this cherished dream."
“I am convinced that we will pass it successfully, because we are building, improving and protecting our Motherland, creating the necessary conditions for a decent life for our citizens. We will do this instead of our lost friends, the heroic children of our people. This is the sacred duty of all of us,” Harutyunyan said.
The declaration on the proclamation of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic was adopted on September 2, 1991 at a joint session of the Nagorno-Karabakh regional and Shahumyan regional parliaments. -0-
