Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian president, has issued a decree dismissing General-Lieutenant Haykaz Baghmanyan, deputy chief of staff of the Armenian armed forces, the presidential press reported on Tuesday.

YEREVAN, December 6. /ARKA/. Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian president, has issued a decree dismissing General-Lieutenant Haykaz Baghmanyan, deputy chief of staff of the Armenian armed forces, the presidential press reported on Tuesday.

Earlier, Vigen Sargsyan, defense minister, said that Baghmanyan has applied for retirement on his advice.
As a reason of this step, Sargsyan pointed out nonobservance of labor agreement. --0--
