The head of the Military Control Service of the Armenian Defense Ministry, former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army Movses Hakobyan submitted a letter of resignation, the press secretary of the Armenian Defense Ministry Shushan Stepanyan told Novosti-Armenia news agency.

She stated that she had no right to speak about the reasons behind Hakobyan's resignation. Hakobyan was appointed to this post in November 2019. -0
