YEREVAN, March 2. /ARKA/. The seventh congress of Armenian opposition party, Heritage, is being held Friday in Yerevan.

The congress gathered the authority representatives of Prosperous Armenia Party, Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun, Free Democrats Party, as well as oppositional Armenian National Congress, ARKA reporter says.

Traian Hristea, head of EU delegation to Armenia, is also present in the meeting.

Raffi Hovhannisyan, Heritage party leader, is expected to make a speech at the party congress. Heritage Party, liberal-democratic political force, was founded in 2002 by former Armenian Foreign Minister Raffi Hovhannisyan .

At present, the party has six representatives in Armenian parliament. -0-
