The Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) has expelled today MP Shirak Torosyan from its parliamentary faction for voting for Nikol Pashinyan who sought to become prime minister in his first bid on May 1.

YEREVAN, May 29. /ARKA/. The Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) has expelled today MP Shirak Torosyan from its parliamentary faction for voting for Nikol Pashinyan who sought to become prime minister in his first bid on May 1.

HHK press service said the expulsion decision was unanimously adopted at a meeting of the faction.
Apart from Torosyan, another HHK MP Felix Tsolakyan defied the party’s decision and voted for Nikol Pashinyan. -0-
