YEREVAN, June 13. /ARKA/. Israel's actions against Iran call into question the fragile stability in the region, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said, speaking at the GLOBSEC-2025 forum in the Czech Republic.

"We express concern and condemn Israel's recent actions against Iran. This calls into question the fragile stability in the region, we are very concerned about this," Pashinyan emphasized, Armenpress reports.

Last night, Israel attacked Iran, damaging military facilities and nuclear program facilities in various parts of Iran. There were reports of strikes on residential buildings in Tehran.

According to media reports, the Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Mohammad Bagheri, the commander of the IRGC Major General Hossein Salami, and at least six leading Iranian nuclear physicists were killed. In response to the attack, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that Israel would face "severe punishment."

On the afternoon of June 13, there were reports that Israel had resumed Operation Rising Lion, attacking Iran's northern territories. In particular, an explosion occurred near the Tabriz airport.
